Is my video card going out? When i watch tv on pc its stopping and breaks up.?
I have two hard drives and its doing this on both, and with the same software.
You might be on to something,if i play a video its fine, but i have the same cable connection on my regular tv as I do on my pc, and my regular tv is good. I`ll try re installing my tv software.

Do you have an aerial connected to your TV card?
Sounds like shitty reception more than anything else.
If nothing else apart from TV ‘stops’ or ‘breaks up’ then your video card is not the problem.
You don’t give any details on your system set up ie. cpu
The tv sticks/cards need fairly good spec to run reliably.
Have you tried setting your power plan to ‘High Performance’ in your power settings?
