You need to get a TV tuner card for your PC.
A TV tuner card allows television signals to be received by a computer. Most TV tuners also function as a video capture card, allowing them to record television programs onto a hard disk.

Hi, I’ve been wondering about that too. But now I know that there are 3 ways to do that, namely watching it online, watching it through PCI TV Tuner Card, or USB TV Tuner Card.
